"Green Transition 4.0 – Redefining the CEE Region Global Perspective”

The forum will feature an esteemed line-up of distinguished speakers, including the President of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev, the Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Ms. Mariya Gabriel, the Executive Vice-President for the European Green Deal, Mr. Maroš Šefčovič, the European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, Mr. Nicolas Schmit, and the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Ms. Iliana Ivanova, the Vice-President of the EIB Mr. Kyriacos Kakouris. Additionally, invitations have been extended to the United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, Mr John David Podesta Jr. and Ms Kristalina Georgieva, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund and Christine Lagarde, President of the ECB.

The Green Transition summit stands as the largest and most significant green transformation conference in Central and Eastern Europe, marking a pivotal moment in the region's commitment to a sustainable and eco-friendly future. With the upcoming fourth iteration, we will highlight the crucial role of global leadership and long-term investments in addressing climate change and promoting sustainable practices. With a thematic focus on the practical implementation of environmental policies in 2024 and beyond, the discussions will emphasize the importance of international cooperation and coordinated efforts. Central and Eastern Europe will be a focal point, underscoring the significance of regional collaboration in achieving a fair and socially just transition, aligning with the principles of a Sustainable and Socially Inclusive Europe.
